1. Payment Options

For your order, we offer the following payment options, provided that the product description doesn't state otherwise:

2. Delivery

1. Parcels are shipped by DHL and UPS. An email containing the tracking number for this shipment will automatically be sent to you.
2. For small and light shipments outside the EU you can choose a registered delivery service, value up to 50,- Euro. Please note that no tracking information can be sent using this type of delivery service. The transit time of registered mail for shipments outside of Germany can be several weeks. We strongly advise you to choose delivery by DHL and UPS!

3. Shipment costs

1. The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the shipment, the chosen delivery company and the destination country. The shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process and disclosed before order completion.
