Here you can find an overview of the answers to questions that we are most frequently asked. If you cannot find the answer you're looking for, we are happy to answer any question through our service desk.
When will a sold out product be back in stock?
On the page of each item you can find an indication of how many days it will take for the item to be available again. If the status says "Not Available!", we are unable to say when the product will be back in stock.
Simply subscribe to be notified so that you will be informed automatically as soon as the item is back in stock.
How can I contact Pinballcenter?

Our team can provide specific help. Of course, telephone inquiries are possible during the open hotline times. Please have all information ready: order number, item number, etc. Claims cannot be processed over the phone!
How do I return a product?
Send the article or articles at your own expense and risk to:

Please include a copy of the invoice with the shipment. We will refund the corresponding amount back to you. Pay attention to our terms and conditions!
We send returns to our office address in Ulm to Wehringen. For this we charge 10 Euro per shipment!
How do I make a claim (defective product, incomplete or incorrect delivery)?

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the shipment, the chosen delivery company and the destination country. The shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process and disclosed before order completion.

Where is my shipment?
Once your shipment is under way, you will receive an email which contains the tracking information, so that you can accurately track your shipment. If you have chosen the delivery service "registered mail" then shipment tracking will not be available.
Where do I find my invoice?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email which has your invoice attached in PDF format.

How can I "remember" items?
Choose the link "Add to wishlist" in the item description. Your wishlist can only be saved when you're signed in to the shop.
